Ingredients.
1 kg chicken thighs skin off and chopped in 3 each
3 tbsp grated ginger
1 1/2 tbsp mashed garlic
1 tbsp ground cumin coriander powder (2tsp/1 tsp Cumin to coriander)
1 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp of tomato purée
3 tbsp oil five cloves
2 sticks of cinnamon
2 bay leaves.
Method
Heat a frying pan
add oil in
add cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaves
On medium heat stir 1 mins
add all the garlic/ginger, spices cook for two to three minutes
Add tomato puree, cook for 2 mins
add the chicken stir well to cover all chicken cover the let it cook on medium heat for 20 mins
add 1/2 tsp of garam masala and fresh coriander
